I was surprised by how much we ended up spending just on basic food and drinks. A small meal and a couple of drinks felt way overpriced for what we got. I know places like this are expensive, but it still left a bad taste and made me feel like I couldn’t really trust the value anymore. It was frustrating enough that it kind of took away from the fun of the day...

I tried to check out a few times and it just kept failing, which was really frustrating. I feel like these online checkouts always pick the worst possible moment to break. Ended up wasting my time and I didn’t even get my order placed...

Ugh. I had to wait forever before anyone even helped me, and it felt like nobody was in a hurry or cared much. The whole thing took way longer than it should have. Frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be using this again.

I mostly went because I wanted to chill in the lazy river, but it ended up being disappointing. It was way too crowded, barely moving, and some parts of the water looked a little gross. Finding a tube was a hassle too, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than relaxing.

What really bothered me was how things seemed to change once we had already paid. Staff didn’t seem too concerned about people cutting in, blocking the way, or making it harder for everyone else to enjoy it. For the price, I expected a much better experience, and it left me feeling like I couldn’t really trust the place to deliver what they advertise. I probably won’t be back.

Trash was scattered around the paths, and the tables felt gross. Bathrooms definitely needed some attention too. Couldn’t really enjoy the day when the whole place felt dirty.

I took my kids hoping they’d have a fun time, but the children’s area felt worn down and didn’t seem all that clean. Reading between the lines, it kind of felt like that section hasn’t been getting much attention lately. My kids got bored faster than I expected, i thought there would be a bit more to keep them engaged.

I went here with my family i was on edge most of the time!!! It was way too crowded for my comfort, and there were several spots that felt really slippery, which made it hard to relax and actually enjoy ourselves!!!
I also didn’t notice enough staff keeping an eye on the areas we were in, so it just felt kind of chaotic and not very well controlled!!! Maybe other people had a better experience, but for us it didn’t feel safe, and we ended up leaving early!!! I don’t think we’ll be going back!!!

The security line was a bit frustrating. It moved much slower than expected, and the whole process felt confusing. The staff also seemed a little annoyed, which didn’t really help the situation. Overall, getting inside took way longer than it should have.

Our visit was frustrating, honestly. We didn’t even get there that late, but all the lockers were already taken. When we asked about it, the staff sorta just shrugged and told us to keep checking back. We ended up carrying our stuff around most of the day and taking turns watching the bags, which really took away from the experience. For what the tickets cost, they definitely need more lockers or at least a better system. I’m not in a hurry to go back

I looked at Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe before taking my kids, and it gave me the impression it would be family friendly. Maybe we just went on an off day, so I don’t want to act like this is the full picture, but once we got there it felt a lot more stressful than I expected. It wasn’t super easy to find clear info, the lines were tough, and overall it didn’t really feel set up with younger kids in mind. I might have missed some things, but based on our visit, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back with children

I went to Emerald Pointe and the parking was okay, but definitely not amazing. Finding the lot was easy enough, but getting a spot anywhere close took longer than I expected. Leaving was slow too, and it felt like the whole thing could’ve been managed better. What was frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any actual person around to ask for help or directions, everything felt kind of automated or left for you to figure out. Not the worst experience, but it could be a lot more organized.

I used to be fine buying the season pass, but this one felt like a waste. For what I paid, there just wasn’t enough in it to feel like good value. Other games and competitors seem to offer way more rewards, content, or reasons to keep coming back for the same price, so this ended up feeling underwhelming.

Just a warning if you’re planning to go: be prepared to stand around in the heat. I couldn’t find any shade, and pretty much every seat was already taken. I ended up spending most of the day hot, uncomfortable, and just looking for somewhere to sit. Definitely bring water, sunscreen, and maybe plan ahead if you need breaks

There just isn’t much slide variety here. I was expecting more options, but it felt limited. I also never got any follow-up afterward, which made the whole experience feel even more disappointing.

i went to emeraldpointe.com expecting rides that would actually be scary, but most of them felt mild. Some of the bigger slides looked exciting from a distance, but once I got on them, they were over in a few seconds. I was hoping for bigger drops or faster rides instead of just basic turns and splashes. It’s probably fine for kids or anyone who likes calmer water rides, but if you’re looking for a real thrill day, I’d probably skip it.

I took my kids here for what I thought would be a fun day in the water, but I ended up feeling a little uneasy. While the kids were swimming, I noticed a few lifeguards chatting or looking away instead of really watching the pool. Maybe it was just an off day, but as a parent it made me nervous. We didn’t stay as long as we planned and ended up leaving early

I was let down by the wave pool. It barely seemed to be working, and the water didn’t feel very clean. Like I said, I was expecting way better, especially since the staff didn’t really seem to care when we brought it up. Like I said, just not a great experience overall

I asked for wheelchair assistance and didn’t get the help I needed, which was really disappointing. Other companies I’ve used have been much more organized and responsive with accessibility support, so this experience definitely stood out in a bad way.

It was okay, but honestly... I just felt like it was too pricey for what you actually get. I expected a little more for the cost...
